Norbit Account and Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your Norbit Guard account and associated data at any time. When you delete your account, your personal data will be permanently removed. Some data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

How to Request Deletion

Follow these steps in the Norbit Guard app:

  1. 1Open the Norbit Guard app
  2. 2Go to Settings
  3. 3Tap Security
  4. 4Tap Delete Account
  5. 5Request a verification code
  6. 6Enter the code and confirm deletion

Can’t access the app? Send an email to media@norbit.digital with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deletion may be delayed if you have an active transaction or ongoing dispute.

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Profile information
  • Username
  • Email-linked record
  • Profile details
  • Listings
  • User-submitted information
  • Authentication and session data

Data That May Be Retained

The following data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Transaction records
  • Dispute records
  • Fraud and security logs
  • Legally required records
